I have been responsible for the following duties - Invitro Fertilization(IVF), Intra Cytoplasmic
Sperm Injection(ICSI), Laser Assisted Hatching, embyo biopsy, Pre implantation Genetic
Diagnosis, Pre implantation Genetic screening, embryo freezing and embryo thawing,
Vitrification, sperm freezing and thawing, oocyte freezing & thawing etc., Selection for embryo
transfer, semen evaluation, sperm morphology, sperm function test, semen preparation for
different procedures, swim up & density gradient methods , CASA, Fluorescent in-situ
hybridization, DNA amplification by PCR, cytogenetic analysis of chromosome by karyotyping
using image analyzer, isolation of Human genome DNA, Quality control, quality assurance, data
entry, Counselling of Infertility Patients.
