Memorandum of Agreement
Know all men by these presents:
The Parties:
Helen P. Bulibuli, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of Talamban, Cebu City; Salvacion B. Kee, of legal age, Filipino,
married and a resident of Martilo, La Libertad, Negros Oriental; Erwin Bulibuli, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Pisong La Libertad,
Negros Oriental; Alfonso Bulibuli, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Martilo, La Libertad, Negros Oriental; and Raquel B. Jabierto, of legal
age, Filipino, single and a resident of Martilo, La Libertad, Negros Oriental, hereinafter referred to as the “ Sellers/Owners”;

Leonida Tura, Antonita L. Castillo, Paulina S. Egoc et. al., all legal age, Filipino, and residents of Moalboal, Cebu, hereinafter
referred to as the “ Agents”
WITNESSETH, That:
The Parties have entered into this agreement on their own free will and agree to the following:
1. PROPERTY SUBJECT MATTER: The sellers are the legal owners and have the right to sell the property subject matter. The sellers
hereby grants the AGENTS exclusive rights to sell the property which is parcel of land situated at Brgy. Basdiot, Moalboal, Cebu, with a total lot area of
2,693 squares more or less with a Lot 2542-B, covered by Title No. 102-2011004222 and more particularly described as follows:
“ A parcel of land ( Lot 2542-B of the subdivision plan , PSD-07-080529 being a portion of Lot 2542, CAD. 587-D), situated in the
barangay of Basdiot, Municipality of Moalboal, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SE, NE, along lines 1-2-3 by lot 2542-A of the
subdivision plan along lines 3-4-5 by lot 2541, CAD. 587-D, on the SW, along the line 5-6 by lot 8215; on the NW, along line 6-7 by lot 2543; on the
point 7 by lot 8038 and on the NE, along the line 7-1 by lot 8032, all of CAD. 587-D beginning at a point marked “ 1” on plan , being N., containing an
area of 2,693sqm, more or less”
2. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENTS: The agents have experienced in marketing, advertising, and selling lot properties and have
express and interest to provide these services for the SELLERS. In addition to the duties incumbent on the AGENTS under this agreement, the agents
shall:
a. Obtained all the information necessary for the sale of the property.
b. Market the property in behalf of the sellers.
c. Arrange the purchaser/s to inspect the property.
d. Conduct negotiations and submit all offers in relation to the property to the seller.
e. Assist the sellers in entering into a binding agreement for sale and purchase with the purchaser/s.
3. PRICE: The price for this property is _____________________ ( PHP _______________ ).
4. COMMISSION: In the event that the SELLERS enters into a binding contract for sale with a purchaser, through the Agents, then the
SELLERS Is/are liable to pay the AGENTS a commission of Five Percent (5 %) of the transacted price of the property. Commission shall be divided
amongst the above –named AGENTS in equal parts.
5. SCHEDULE AND MANNER OF PAYMENT OF COMMISSION: The schedule and manner of payments of the AGENTS commission shall
be made right after the purchaser paid the agreed amount to the sellers/owners.
6. AMENDMENT AND APPLICABILITY: This agreement maybe amended with prior consent between the parties. This agreement shall
overrule any previous agreement either verbal or written between the parties prior to entering into this agreement.
