2. Please be informed that at about 7:50 AM of September 1, 2023,


____________________, 36 years old, Single, driver and currently residing at 6969
Limdico st., Barangay Balayhangin, Calauan Laguna reported through phone call that a
stabbing Incident transpired along Limdico st., Barangay Balayhangin, Calauan Laguna.

3. Initial investigation disclosed the victim, identified as


_________________________, 34 years old, DOB: January 20, 1989, married, Roman
Catholic, college graduate and a resident of Barangay Mabacan, Calauan Laguna, while
on his way home driving his own tricycle, with plate number NC 6969, along G. Medel
St had a heated argument because of the heavy traffic. The suspect suddenly stabbed
the victim twice on his chest and lower abdomen and fled onboard his motorcycle
towards unknown direction carrying with the knife used.

4. The suspect was identified by some motorists along the area as Juan
Alcoy Pili, 34 years old (DOB: March 11, 1989), married, tricycle driver, Roman
Catholic, High School Graduate and a resident of Barangay Paliparan, Calauan Laguna,

5. The victim was rushed to Bay District Hospital, Bay Laguna for medical
treatment but was declared dead on arrival (DOA) by the attending physician, Dr.
James G Laña at about 8:25 AM.

6. A hot pursuit operation is being conducted for the possible apprehension


of the suspect.
