Preliminaries:
Prayer: Multimedia Presentation
National Anthem: Multimedia Presentation
The meeting started at 1:00 pm and it started with a prayer followed by
the Philippine National Anthem through multimedia presentation. Before the
discussion of the different agendum, the adviser of Grade IV- Honesty, Mam
Marilou P. Recto, initiated a short Kumustahan of the parents mainly focusing
on their expectations of the current school year and concerns of the previous
school year.
The first agendum was the election of officers. The class adviser
opened the floor for nominations starting with the president position. Mrs.
Evelyn D. Autor and Mrs. Mary Grace Altovar were highly nominated. Mrs.
Evelyn D. Autor won the position and the parents agreed to appoint Mrs. Mary
Grace Altovar as the vice-president. The rest of the positions were filled via
appointment as agreed by the parents.
The next agendum was the pupil’s performance monitoring. The class
adviser reminded the parents to follow-up pupils work and assignments during
Thursday and Friday when pupils are studying at home. An official

Facebook group chat was also created to closely monitor the pupils’
performance and assess concerns immediately.
The last agendum was the concerns for S.Y. 2022-2023. Parents were
oriented on the important dates and occasions for S.Y. 2022-2023.

parents’ cooperation and his plans for the S.Y. 2022-2023
Adjournment:
The HRPTA President motioned to adjourn the meeting and it was duly
seconded by the body at 3:00 pm.

Preliminaries:
Excerpts from the minutes of this meeting held in the classroom of Grade 4
Honesty.
The secretary read the previous minutes.
Discussed:
1. HRPTA Classroom Project (Comfort Room)
The entire leadership of parents agreed that they would help the teacher no
matter what they did in the classroom. This is the arrangement of the comfort
room in the room because this is the main problem for the teacher: the
children still have to leave the room to use the comfort rooms that are outside
the classroom.
Mrs. Evelyn D. Autor, the President of the parents, will donate a bowl.
Mrs. Judina Factor will donate wood for the door. What is needed is to change
the deposit that requires cement, hollow blocks, iron, and sand and make a
new well. This will be done within 3 days, and the person who will do it is also
one of the parents of grade 4 honesty. Because of this and the adjacent
classroom's needs, the two teachers agreed that they would just share the
deposit; only one well would be made for the two comfort rooms, thus saving
on materials and also on the money to be spent. It was agreed that each
parent would bring two sacks to be enough for the sand to be used without
having to buy it, reducing the contribution of each parent. After the builder
calculates the cost of the materials to be purchased, it will cost 6,500 divided
by 26 parents. Each will give 250.00 pesos to buy the materials for the comfort
rooms. The laborer's fee is 3600.00 for 2 days, and the well digger's fee is
1000.00.

Because the two adjacent classrooms have agreed that they will share in the
deposit or whatever will be spent on the materials, when they do it, they will
divide. The teacher thanked the parents for the initiative shown to make their
classroom more comfortable. Their fee will be collected by their HRPTA
Treasurer, Mrs. Liza B. Regidor. It was also agreed that this would be done as
soon as the money to be used for it was collected. The teacher requests that it
be done in a more reasonable time, but they will still decide if they want it
done sooner. So Pres. Evelyn D. Autor asked the parents when the due date
of their fee was, and it was agreed that until December 18, 2022, thus entering
January of the coming year, Grade 4 Honesty will have comfort rooms.
2. Preparation of Vegetables Garden at School
The parents agreed that the back of their classroom would be cleaned and
mopped so that it would be the school's vegetable garden. If they are going to
fence, they will bring fencing wire and vegetables that can be planted here.
3. Release of the first Grading Report Card
The teacher gave the Report cards to the parents. The others were sent home
to see at their homes.
4. Other Matters
The Teacher thanked the parents for their earnest response to the needs of
their classroom.

Preliminaries:
Excerpt from the minutes of this meeting held in the classroom of Grade 4: Honesty
on February 18, 2023, at 1 p.m.
Started with a short prayer by Mrs. Judina Factor. The secretary read the previous
minutes, and the teacher discussed the agenda for that afternoon.
Discussed:
1. Atag (Painting of an armchair):
The teacher informed the Atag that this month what he would like to ask the
parents is the painting of their children's chairs. The teacher bought paint for the
chair, so he asked the parents for help to do it, and it was met because they set
aside a day for painting their chair. 2. Financial Report of the HRPTA Treasurer
(Classroom Project CR)
2. The HRPTA Treasurer was reported on the money spent and contributed by
the parents. The money raised was 4,400 pesos, which should have been
6,500.00. The teacher reminded the other parents that it had not been paid.
The Comfort rooms has been completed, and the teacher covered the lack of
money. The teacher also thanked the parents for the support they show their
children.
3. Follow Up on School Vegetable Garden
The teacher once again reminded the parents at the back of their classroom
that it would be possible to plant vegetables because the area they cleaned
was now grassed again and there were no plants. If it can't be planted, it will
be grassed again their effort in cleaning of this become waste of time.
4. Release of the 2nd Grade Report Card:
The teacher showed the report card to the parents. Some parents just signed
it, while others took it home for their relatives to see.
5. Other Matters:
The teacher gave a reminder that they should continue to guide their children and
avoid the absence of their class. Those who are weak at reading come in early so
that they can spend a long time in reading.

today, May 6, 2023.
The meeting started at 1 p.m. The prayer was led by Mrs. Roselyn Barotillo. The
secretary's minutes were read. The teacher discussed the agenda for that afternoon.
Discussed:
1. 1. Atag (cleaning the surroundings of the school)
The teacher again reminded the parents of the cleaning of the school, especially
for those who do not come to the school. According to the agreement, cleaning
the school is their Task as a help to the school for one hour a month. The parents
who are not able to go will have to pay it to make up for the time they were not
able to go. • The parents agreed that after the meeting they would clean up
today.
2. Follow up on the Vegetables garden in School
• The teacher brought their vegetable garden to the parents again because, until
now, not all of it had been planted. The parents promised again that they would
bring vegetable plants to fill their newly cleaned garden with plants.
3. Release of the 3rd Grading Report Card
The teacher showed the report card to the parents. Some parents just signed it,
while others took it home for their relatives to see.

The meeting ended at 2 p.m.
