based our apartments on the five-star hotel
US apartments standards, but with an affordable
price. We currently have several apartments on
rental, and we welcome all our guest to

We will meet you in person in front of the building. Please let us know at least with 15 minutes
in advance of your arrival time.
On the days before your arrival, you will receive a message for the fast check in with a link to a
form from avaibook.com to collect the relevant information required to be submitted by the
Portuguese Legislation.
If you like to request an earlier check-in, we’ll do our best to facilitate your request.
CHECK-OUT
Check-Out Time until 11:00 AM
For the check-out it can be in person if you so wish or by simple self-check-out using the keyless
pad to lock the apartment.
For late check-out we are fairly flexible about this and we are happy to accommodate your
requested for late check out if possible.
FAST CHECK IN
For the Fast check you will need to provide the minimal mandatory information
required be submitted to the Portuguese Authorities.
In Portugal, as well as in most European countries, all paid accommodation establishments need to record the stay and collect
identification details from all foreign citizens, whether they are from Member States of the European Union or Third Country
Nationals, in order to communicate them within three days to the Immigration and Borders Service.

Disturb the tranquillity of users and owners of the accommodation units of the building
01 with annoying noises, and must regulate machines, receivers or sound reproducers or
other appliances in order not to disturb other users and owners;
02 Take or allow any action to be taken that would prejudice the general harmony, order and
discipline in the building as a whole and the peace of the other Landlords or that may
lead to an increase in maintenance and operating expenses of the common areas;

Obstruct, albeit temporarily, with any objects, access roads, entrances, stairs, elevators,
steps, corridors and ramps and other common areas or areas of common use, which must
be kept completely clear throughout the its extension;

Leave garbage and / or residues even if temporarily in the access roads, entrances, stairs,
elevators, steps, corridors and ramps and other common areas or areas of common use,
outside the building are collection points of waste and recycling bins;

Modify, in any way, the external structure or aesthetics of the housing units, such as
exposing signs, posters, lights, flags or any objects inside or outside the windows of the
units, and proceed with additional constructions, without previous license and prior
opinion of the Administration of the Condominium;

In general, damage, soiling or deterioration of any zone, installation or equipment of
general or specific common use of the building;

Allocate, in whole or in part, any accommodation unit, installation, equipment or zone of
general or specific use or common use, activities that may disturb the tranquillity of the
building or otherwise use it for its purpose, in this integrating any illegal, immoral or non-
conforming good practices;

Smoke inside the apartment, in apartments with balcony is allowed to smoke on the
outside, please use the ashtrays available;
09 Store or keep explosives or highly flammable products anywhere in the accommodation
unit, and
10
Use or allow the housing unit to be used for any agricultural, commercial or industrial
purposes or, in general, purposes not compatible with the tourist use;

Located in Carvoeiro, Algar Seco, just at
12,5Km, 20 minutes by car, is considered one
of the best viewpoints in Portugal. It features
impressive rock formations and it is another
great example of the impressive work of Mother
Nature.
Because it is located in the south-western
extremity of the European mainland, at 80.8
Km, 1h 5 minutes by car, many people believed
that Cape Saint Vincent was the edge of the
world. Besides the incredible view that will most
likely make your jaw drop, you will also find a
beautiful lighthouse and a small museum.

Anyone interested can take a 2-hour tour, discover the extraordinary world
of rock salt from the Loulé underground mine, with more than 45
kilometres of galleries, it is an opportunity to dive into the only visitable
Portuguese mine that is located below sea level, where you can see geological
formations that are 230 million years old.
Inside the mine you can take a walk of about 1.3 kilometres and learn about
the old and current mining processes, you can discover the geological
importance of this mine in the context of the region, as well as learn about
the applications of rock salt for the beings humans throughout history and
to the present.

Quinta da Saudade Equestrian Center is a 6-minute drive from Armação de
Pêra.
You can take panoramic walks any day of the week, along the sandy beaches
of Galé and the dunes of Praia Grande, next to Lagoa dos Salgados,

The Sete Vales Suspensos trail in Lagoa, recently elected as the best hiking
destination in Europe, is one of the most beautiful trails in the Algarve. If
you like a good walk and breath-taking views, this is a must-do activity on a
visit to the Algarve.
The 5.7 kilometer (11.4 round trip) route runs along the coastal cliff from
Praia da Marinha to the beach of Vale de Centeanes, and rewards the hiker
with fantastic views of the Algarve coast. The route is very well marked,
facilitating navigation, and there are also rest areas along the trail.
Along the way, you literally walk through the seven hanging valleys, which
were once associated with the mouth of water lines that ran directly into the
sea.
Along the trail, the landscapes are superb and you can still see several birds,
which inhabit the rocky walls, pine trees, juniper forests and the typical
Algarve tomcais. A paradise for photographers!

The Castle of Silves is a castle located in Silves town and it’s one of the
best viewpoints for looking out over the city and the region. Silves is the
perfect town in the Algarve to explore for a day trip. Walking in this
unique town with its cobbled streets makes you believe that time has
stopped. The town is famous for having the most well preserved castle
of the Algarve.
It’s just a 20 minutes’ drive by car from Armação de Pera and it can be
a perfect place to visit and discover the local history.
It's believed that the first fortifications were built upon a possible
Lusitanian Castro, by the Romans or Visigoths. Between the 8th and
13th centuries, the castle was occupied by the moors who expanded it,
making it one of the best-preserved Moorish fortifications in Portugal,
resulting in its classification as a National Monument in 1910.

In the Petting Farm you can interact with and feed dwarf goats, lamas and deer,
this area is the life of the party for children and adults!
In Terra Exotika you will find several species, and can interact with some such
as african spur turtles, our birds which will feed from your hands in the aviary,
and the lemurs. To top it off you will have chance to see the biggest snake in
Europe, with 8.50 metres!
After visiting the animals may we suggest lunch at our restaurant, viewing one of
our many presentations with animals, and maybe a refreshing swim in the
swimming pools.
For those who still have energy to spare we propose a game of our mega 18 hole

A visit to a waterpark is always fun, especially if you’re traveling with kids.
The four main ones in the Algarve are the Zoomarine, Aquashow,
Aqualand, Slide & Splash and they all promise a memorable, fun day.

Zoomarine at 6,6 Km, 10 minutes by car, you and your family will be able
to enjoy different activities but also interact with the animals, such as
dolphins, sea lions, and birds.

can take a taxi or Uber, it’s a 45 minutes’ drive, pick up a
