SEPARATING RULES

Provide two groves with a length of 30mm (1-3/16") and a thickness of 2mm (5/64")
as well as fastening holes with a diameter of6mm (1/4") to secure the separating
rules. The position of both these grooves is given by the separating line for side and

Position of Clamping Jaws

The clamping jaws should be positioned accurately in relation to fictive line 1 of

separation between the lateral and rear waste.

WOODEN REINFORCEMENT

The front section of the wooden reinforcements should allow the female stripping
board to press against the bar of the female board carrier frame.
Make a rcess of 15mm x 23.5mm (0.591 x 0.925") in thi part of the reinforcements
(Fig.1) or shorten it by 20mm (0.788"), (Fig.2), to secure the support plates.

DIMENSIONS OF THE WOODEN BOARD

The board dimensions depend on the cutting die.

The front edge of the board must be 20mm (0.788") from the position of the first
cutting rule Length Y an with X of the board should exceed the position of the last
side rear cutting rule by 40mm (1-5/8").

Note: When using a maximum size Y, reduce the distance of the boars to 22mm
(7/8").
