WORKS DESCRIPTION:
Supply of labor, filter and Oil for preventive maintenance of 2250kva Generator.
Conduct actual Major preventive maintenance for (1) unit generator and (1) unit
inspection only.
Remove all used filters oil, Fuel and bypass oil filter.
Remove and drain used oil in empty pails and top up new engine oil.
Retighten all filters and rain flag.
Check battery charger output and input 220v ac-24vdc.
Check all battery life and measure ampere rating output before to energize.
Inspection all electronic components such as speed governor, speed controller, control
Module, Miniature breaker, and electronic control wire, Relays, starters and other’s.
Replace radiator water if necessary.
Isolate heat build-up using isolation fiber.
Cover using plane sheet aluminum to decrease heat output from muffler pipe.
Create hole for water drain and plug in the smoke test pipe.
Major Cleaning in whole generator body included radiator.
Run testing with load.
Measure actual parameters from generator dynamo to breaker.
Check dry contact auto/manual transferring command.
Check oil pressure and coolant temperature output.

50% Pull payment 20 days after job completion.
