Advantages:

Can meet the three main needs of cleaning, welding and cutting at the same time, with
a wide range of applications and high cost performance.

1. welding function:
The handheld welding gun is flexible to operate and can realize welding work in
multiple direction like inside fillet welding and splicing welding. It can weld metal
plate and tube both.

Welding capacity：

1500W: Single-sided welding 2.5mm, double-sided welding 4mm


2000W: Single-sided welding 3-4mm, double-sided welding 6mm
3000W: Single-sided welding 5-6mm, double-sided welding 8mm
2.cleaning function:
This three-in-one machine can do cleaning after changing the laser head. The cleaning
width is 80mm.

Some customers' materials are more prone to oxidation, so they need to be cleaned
before welding, so that cleaning and then welding will be more solid and stable.

After welding, due to the high laser temperature, the surface of the material may
oxidize or blacken, so you can also use the cleaning function to clean and beautify.

Some customers need to paint the surface of the material, so cleaning it and then
painting it will be more conducive to paint adhesion.

3.cutting function:
This machine can also realize cutting some thin materials occasionally. But suitable
for use occasionally, and the thickness is at most 2-3mm.
Operating procedure:

Requires replacement of laser head, nozzle, system, etc.

Welding and cutting modes share a handheld head, but nozzles need to be replaced

Cleaning mode has special nozzles

When changing to cleaning mode, in addition to replacing the machine's nozzle, the
focusing mirror must also be replaced.

When using a different mode, you need to switch to the appropriate system and shut
down and reboot.
NOTE:
Since the cleaning function requires gas, but it costs too much to use pure N2 all the time, it is
recommended to buy a small air compressor for the 3-in-1 machine.

This eliminates the need to buy a lot of N2 and saves a lot of gas costs.
