IN THE COURT OF HON’BLE Ist ADDL. JUDICIAL FIRST CLASS MAGISTRATE AT NIZAMABAD. Honoured Sir/Madam, The brief facts of the case
are that, on 14.07.2023 at 1900 hours, the complainant Smt. Bussa Bramarambha w/o Bala Veeraiah, aged 85 years, caste: Vyshya, Occ. House hold, R/o H-No.
2-6-91, Boigally, Nizamabad came to PS, lodged a telugu written petition stating that, she is the mother of four sons and two daughter and she has been living with
her younger son Bussa Srinivas since around 09 years at Boigally, Nizamabad. The petitioner is alleging that, his second son Bussa Veeresham and his wife Vijaya
is not looking after her needs. The house in which, they are currently residing was bought from the combined money obtained in the business of her sons Bussa
Srinivas and Veeresham in which she also contributed. Veeresham is residing in the ground floor whereas Srinivas has been residing in the upper floor. His second
son Veeresham, his wife and son-in-law Sadgun hatched a plan to neck her out of the house for which, they disconnected the electricity and water connection.
Hence, she requested for necessary legal action. (ORIGINAL PETITION ENCLOSED HEREWITH)
