AFFIDAVIT OF ELECTRONIC FILING

I, RICA DANIELLA RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino and with office


address at OBLIGAR LAW OFFICE, Unit 305, 3F Gateway Centre, Paseo de
Magallanes, Makati City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby state, that:

1. On 04 September 2023, I filed through electronic mail copy of the


Judicial Affidavit of Nancy Acosta dated 31 August 2023, Judicial Affidavit
of Michelle Acosta dated 31 August 2023 and Judicial Affidavit of Alfredo
Sabalza dated 31 August 2023, in the case entitled “Good Provider
Financing and Leasing Corporation versus Nelson H. Acosta docketed as
Civil Case No. 17-217 for Recovery of Ownership to RTC, Branch 134,
Tagaytay City’s official email address at rtc1tgt134@judiciary.gov.ph.

2. Likewise, a copy of the aforesaid Judicial Affidavits is furnished to


the other party through counsel’s email address at
karenamurao154@gmail.com.

3. Additionally, I undertake that paper copy of the aforesaid Judicial


Affidavits will be submitted to the Court and other party by LBC mail within
24 hours from the date of the electronic transmittal.
