This is to notify that my appointed co-worker as Barangay Health Worker (BHW)
Mrs. Jesusa Narciso and Emily Tamboong is until April 30, 2022 for the reason of
their absence of duty/negligence and refusal to obey orders at the Barangay Health
Center
1. During PANDEMIC of COVID19 some persons in her purok jurisdiction in home
quarantine, she has so many alibies, she did not duty for home quarantine
monitoring, naga binulan wala duty
2. During vaccination period at pilot school some persons reporting nga gin
pangakigan nya mga tao, ginpangbuklas nya mga tao kag mga senior citizen nga
indi magpila, bisan init ka ayo reklamo midwife nga hapit na one month wala nag
duty kay mahalin nalang sya.
3. May ginpa apil ang council sa ila survey kung pila ila hayop like dog, cat, duck and
chicken, wala nila gin apil gina butang butangan lang nila ni Emely Tamboong
gihapon.
