Teacher to claim my Authentication-Certification of Board Rating and Authentication-
Professional Identification Card on my behalf.

I will not be able to claim the said documents as I find it difficult to travel because of
my pregnancy. Along with this letter, I also provide a scanned copy of my
identification cards and an electronic official receipt.
