Call to order- The meeting will please come to order

Reading of Minutes:

 The minutes have been read ,are there any corrections or additions to the minutes?
 Thereby none the minutes stand approved.”
 Are there any objections to making the presented correction? The minutes stand approved as
corrected.
 “If there are no further corrections, the minutes stand approved as corrected.”
 “Is there any unfinished business?”
 “New business is now in order. Is there any new business?”

Provisional Agenda

 Allow me to give the provisional agenda


 Upon reading the agenda for this meeting May I request somebody to approve this for inclusion
in our discussion
 So, it has been moved & seconded by, so there by no other objections or suggestions lets
proceed for the meeting proper

Adjournment: “If there is no further business (pause), the meeting will stand adjourned. (With one tap
of the gavel.
