REPORTING DATE IS ON 30-AUG-2023 *LAST* REGISTRATION DATE 01-SEP-2023
The fee payable is Ksh. 67,189. You are eligible for Govenment scholarship,Loan and Bursary.For consideration, you MUST make
an application through www.hef.co.ke. In case the Government Scholarship, Loan and Bursary do not cover the entire cost of
your program, the deficit will be met by your Parent/Guardian.
In case the applicant desires to pursue a different course apart from the one admitted for, the change MUST be done through the registrar's
office within two weeks of official admission into the course.
Please bring the following items
1. This letter of offer.
2. National ID Card or Proof of Identity.
3. Original Examination Certificate or Result Slip (K.C.P.E & K.C.S.E), school Leaving Certificate or Previous College
Leaving Certificate.
4. Original Birth Certificate.
5. Duly signed Rules ,Regulations and Declaration Form REF:2302B.
6. Duly signed medical form REF:2302C
Note 1: When you come to register you must bring with you a BANK DEPOSIT SLIP OR BANKERS CHEQUE of the FULL
AMOUNT of fees. All monies shall be deposited in any of the following accounts:

Personal cheques shall not be accepted for fee payment.
Note 2: Any trainee sponsored by his or her employer should personally ensure that adequate arrangements are made for full
fees payment in time. You are advised to keep your payment receipts safe.
Note 3: Fees paid by parents, sponsors or whosoever, shall not be negotiated for refunds to any student. Any excess fees paid
shall be regarded as fee prepayment for the appropriate term.
Note 4: Meals are available based on Pay as You Eat (PAYE) system.
Please ensure that you report on the date prescribed and follow the procedures, as you will be guided during the registration
exercise.
