The undersigned is hereby to submit to your good office, the above Sangguniang
Kabataan’s Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program 2022; a plan outlined in the
Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan 2019-2022 carried out on SK
Resolution No. 001-2022 and The SK Annual Budget 2022; financial plan which will be
the basis of the SK operations, disbursement, and encashment of funds carried out on
SK Resolution No. 002-2022 which aims to promote the general welfare, development
and empowerment of our youth constituents.
These two Plans are intended to carry out our duties and functions as the bearer
of torch in revitalizing the role of youth in nation-building. Through a Committed, Active,
Brave, Administrative, Humble, Unstoppable and Genuine youth service with guidance
of Republic Act 10742 and DBM-DILG-NYC Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2019-001.
