SUBJECT : Spot Report re: Mauling, Hacking and Stabbing Incident
DATE : September 10, 2023

On or about 10:30 o’clock in the evening of September 09,2023, at Purok Domingo,


Barangay Sudlon, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, one Jessica D. Koalam of legal age and resident
of said place was mauled then hacked but missed by his live-in partner identified as Allan Y.
Buot, 26 years old, resident of Barangay Madasigon, Molave of said province, temporarily
residing at said place with the use of bolo.
Initial Investigation disclosed that suspect while under the influence of intoxicating liquor,
arrived home and with no apparent provocation mauled then hacked the victim but missed. Then
and there, victim ran towards the nearby house of her relative identified as Virgelio N. Angin and
asked for assistance and subsequently reported the incident to Molave Police Station. Suspect
went to the house of Vergilio N. Angin which resulted to a heated argument between suspect and
the daughter of Virgelio N. Angin identified as Analyn N. Angin. During their heated altercation,
suspect punched then hacked Analyn N. Angin hitting on the right hand resulting Analyn N.
Angin stumbled to the ground unconsciously. Virgelio N. Angin, who saw the incident, took a
bladed weapon and stabbed Allan Y. Buot several times. Analyn N. Angin and Allan Y. Buot
were brought by the responding PNP Team to Blancia Hospital for medical treatment while
Virgelio N. Angin was arrested and subsequently brought and detained at Molave Police Station
for further questioning.
