 List the different features that the advertisement uses in order to create appeal towards the
target audience:
 The advertisement is promoted by a star, Ann Sheridan because she is very liked by people for
her physical appearance. The purpose of this person's presence is to convince the viewers that
if they also use vitamin candy, they will lose so much weight that they will end up looking as
charming as her.
 The strategy this ad pursues is to gain the trust of buyers. Therefore, it is stated that if anyone
has any complaints about their weight loss product, they will get their money back.
 The advertisement unfolds logically. Its purpose is to present all the benefits of the product
they are trying to sell. This ad tries to highlight the fact that there is no risk of the seller having
health problems after using this treatment or any other inconveniences.
 The sequences in the commercial: "I'm Enthusiastic", "How to Lose Weight and Look Lovelier",
“The Loveliest Women in the World take AYDS” motivate people to have a positive mindset
and to want to lose unwanted excess weight in an easy way.
 AYDS is presented as a product that helps people lose weight without even making them give
up the unhealthy food.
