ORDER

Before the Board is the Applicant’s prayer for Provisional Authority pending approval of the
Application for Certificate of Public Convenience to operate a Transport Network Vehicle
Service (TNVS) on the route withing METRO MANILA including MUCEP AREA with the use of
unit/s.

IN VIEW THEREOF, and finding that public service and convenience will be served, the
Board hereby resolves to GRANT the prayer for a PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY to operate a TNVS
in favor of the applicant, subject to the following:

C O N D I T I O N S:

1. Applicant AILEEN OBOG shall operate under a PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY on METRO MANILA
including MUCEP AREA with the use of unit/s, described hereunder to wit;

2. In the operation of the TNVS, the applicant shallcomply with the rules and regulations of
LTFRB and all other laws and ordinances relatives to the requirments for publicland
transport services.

3. The issuance of this PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY is without prejudice to the final


disposition ofthe main Application for the Issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience.

4. This PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY shall be carried at all times by the driver, when operating,
together with a photocopy of the Official Receipt of Payment, and shall be valid only for a period
of NINETY DAYS (90) counted from date hereof, unless revoked and cancelled by the Board.

5. This PROVISIONAL AUTHORITY shall not authorize the Applicant to change the classification of
the above unit/s from private to For-Hire until the main Application is approved by the Board.
