Astrology is an extremely ancient language. It is indeed a language and

esoteric science, as all signs of the zodiac express themselves in their
own unique ways.

For Taurus, messages need to be practical and have a point to them.

Pisces, on the other hand, are known to send messages which are very
expressive and emotional at times.

the chart, as it rules communication.

Your man may be a sun sign Cancer, but the sign and house his Mercury

Cancer Sun/Cancer Mercury

Here you have Artemis/Diana (Goddess of the Moon), holding hands

with Mercury/Hermes (the messenger god who travels between
worlds).

The moon is all about water and Mercury is all about air, so Mercury
doesn’t sit too comfortably in Cancer. You see, Mercury moves really
fast, and the moon (Cancer) takes its time with things, moving at its
own pace.

Yes, in astrology the moon moves quickly between signs; however, Cancer
people take their time with everything. Nothing moves too quickly with
Cancer – they move in their own “time zones,” so to speak.

Therefore, this creates a conflict. Mercury wants to move forward, but

sister, so a few things happen here.

Artemis (water) is often taken over by Apollo (fire). This Cancer man
thinks he is always right! And, he can be very condescending about it.

What Is a Cancer Man Really Like?

Sensitive, nurturing, protective and clingy, a Cancerian man is the

ultimate caring lover who will fiercely protect you should you become
his girlfriend or wife.

It should be noted that if you prefer your own space, a Cancer man is
not the ideal match for you, as he clings like the pincers of the crab that

Therefore, Sagittarians and Aries are not great matches for him.
Because he is so emotional, an Aquarian or Libra also don’t make the

natural opposite of Capricorn (Saturn). The moon is Artemis/Diana
(the mother, the nurturer and goddess of childbirth).

Saturn is the stern father. Saturn points a finger and controls punctuality
and time. Cancerians are always tardy. Their perception of time is
different to others. They move to their own time.

Cancerians also prefer the night with the moon shining bright. They
are not morning people, and are people who roam around in the dark.
They are like nocturnal cats, moving around at night.

These men are prone to depression and need a woman who will lift
their spirits.

Know that if a Cancer man pulls away from you, he does so because
you have most likely hurt his very sensitive feelings. The best thing to
do in this situation is to give him a few days by himself.

Eventually you will need to contact him to show that you care about
him, but it’s important to STOP CHASING him when he pulls away, as
this crab needs to hide under a rock, breathe in the ocean air and feel
sea water lap over his feet (figuratively speaking).

The funny thing with Cancerian men is that if you have made a

So, you’ve met your Cancer man at the beach, university, work, online,
at a bar, and you want him to be the first to text you? Well, he is a water
sign, the most sensitive and emotional element of all – so that is the
side of him you need to talk to!

• If he’s your work colleague, you need to approach him

when he is alone, as he’ll be very shy around your other work
