Subject: Re-organization of Hospital Epidemiology Surveillance Unit

Disease surveillance is recognized as the cornerstone of public health decision-making


and practice. It aims at coordinating and streamlining all surveillance activities and ensuring
timely reporting of notifiable diseases.

In line with this, the following personnel are hereby designated as the new members of
the Hospital Epidemiology Surveillance Unit.
