Terms and Condition


• Rental Rate are based on 8 hour rental with OPERATOR AND DIESEL in excess
Minimum hours will be charged accordingly to its hourly rate.
• Regular period of Operation is 8 hours a da• Idle time of: 4 Hours a day ,use or
no use ,due to natural disaster ,accident ,unsafe and non workable site condition
or practices ,etc.
• Down time; No rental fee charges for equipment repairs down time.
• Same term shall also apply for renewal or extension
• Hire of equipment start s on the arrival of the unit and finishes after leaving the
jobsite.

Required Purchased Order and conformity to this Proposal.
