Malunggay Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups softened butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
2 cups chopped fresh malunggay (moringa)
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 eggs
Procedure:
Beat the butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the eggs to it and mix well.
In another bowl, sieve the flour and baking powder. Add the Moringa leaf/powder to it
and incorporate it into the butter, sugar, egg mixture. Rollout and punch the cookies
balls. Place on a greased the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 155 C for 13 minutes.
Now the Moringa cookies are ready to serve!
