Water therapy

What is Water therapy?

Water therapy is a natural treatment for controlling diseases and keeping


the body hydrated. Water therapy is helpful in curing diseases without using
medicine.

Instructions for following the water therapy :

 Start with drinking 3-4 glasses of water if you are unable to drink 5-6 glasses
of water in the beginning. You can wash your face and brush your teeth after
drinking water.

 Avoid taking alcoholic beverages the previous night.


 Drink water at least 1 hour before meal.
 Drink water at least 1 hour after meal.
 You should drink according to your weight.E.g: if you weight 200 pounds, you
should drink 100 ounces of water.
 Drink plenty of water throughout the day and enjoy a Good health.

1 liter of Water contains 35.28 ounces.

½ liter of water contains 17.64 ounces.

¼ liter of water contains 08.82 ounces.

¾ liter of water contains 26.46 ounces.

Drink water ½ hour before breakfast.

Water 1 hour at least before lunch.

Water 1-2 hours after lunch.

Water 1 hour before dinner.

Water 1-2 ½ hours after dinner.
