SUBJECT: Spot Report re Stabbing Incident

DATE: April 1, 2023

1. On or about, April 1, 2023 around 7:00 o’clock, Albuera Police Station


received information from one informant Nicole Knight, about a commotion
transpired at the waiting shed of habal-habal terminal in Brgy. Macabug,
Ormoc City. The victim was identified as Sebastian Greene, 31 years old,
single and a resident of Brgy. Macabug, Ormoc City.

2. Initial investigation revealed that the victim and the suspect were having a
heated argument a few days ago, after the suspect’s regular passenger
was allegedly snatched by the victim. The unidentified person is at large. It
is under investigation.

3. The victim Sebastian Greene who sustained visible deep cut wounds
believed to be inflicted by a sharp object. They rushed the victim to the
nearest hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.

4. The motive behind this incident could possibly be that the suspect wants to
eliminate a rival of having a competitor of his regular passenger.
