SY 2022-2023 RE-ENTRY PLAN IMPLEMENTATION
The Re-entry Action Plan is means by which HRD Unit monitors the significant workplace
application of learnings gained from the trainings.This form is to be filles up by DepEd
employees who attended National or International trainings through learning Service
Providers (LSF) endorsed by DepED .To ensure the application of learnings gained from
the relevant trainings, the school head who participated in the trainings shall commit to
the implementation of activities based on the requirements and demands of the Pillars of
the 2030 Basic Education Development Plan.
