Badac Meeting April 2019

The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council of Adlawan, Valencia, Bohol held their monthly meeting on April 16, 2019. All council members were present. MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BARANGAY ANTI DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL OF ADLAWAN, VALENCIA, BOHOL ON
THE 16th DAY OF APRIL 2019 AT ADLAWAN BARANGAY OFFICE.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by the presiding officer Barangay Captain Concordia Tagas at 2:00 in the afternoon, followed
by an invocation led by the Kagawad Desideria Bugas.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM:
The Barangay Secretary called the roll and all were present. The Chair then declared the existence of quorum.
READING OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES:
There being no corrections, on motion of Kag. Helen Tagaro duly seconded by Kagawad Adelaida Dadang, the minutes of the
previous meeting was adopted.

PRESIDING OFFICER’S TIME:


 Presiding officer updated the BADAC members about the status of the MIOP. We still lack 2 sessions on religious and moral
values. There were few PWUDs who lacks 4th drug test as requirement for the graduation. Kagawads in charge were asked to
follow up their PWUDs members to attend the last sessions for the completion of the MOP.
 Chief Tanod Flavio Gamolo reported that they still continue their nightly roving every night instead of the previous schedule
which is every weekend so that they could closely monitor the peace and order in the barangay.

ADJOURNMENT AND CLOSING PRAYER:


With no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 in the afternoon on motion of Kag. Rosa Jaminal
duly seconded by Kag. Renato Maestre, with a closing prayer led by Barangay Kagawad Desideria Bugas.
