+ Essential Job Functions


Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing client
needs via various communication channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).

Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial data entry.
Exhibit a keen eye for detail in all tasks, including record-keeping, data entry and documentation.

+ Education and Experience


Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to engage with clients and team members
effectively.
Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to navigate and manage customer data efficiently.
Basic accounting knowledge to perform financial tasks accurately.
Impeccable record-keeping skills to maintain organized and accessible documentation.
