MC: Welcome all of you to “Foodology” a talk show about healthy recipes that
you can try at home. With a little bit of planning and creativity, you can create
delicious and nutritious recipes that are not only good for your body but also for
your taste buds. In this episode, we will look at some of the healthiest recipes that
you can make at home with minimal effort. Today, we invited a nutrition expert to
help you make informed decisions about what to eat and how to prepare it. Please

Expert: Hi, nice to meet you. Thank for having me today!
MC: It’s our honour…, take your seat please.
Expert: I’ve seen the topic today, well, I would say, that’s the tough one. But I am
gonna briefly explain and give you some “GO-TO recipe.”
MC: Okay, since our program recently has received a lot of questions related to our
