In my knowledge as OIC I have passed all the said documents to the three offices named
SME,CID, and ASDS office. As a proof, I handed also the documents of San martin Elementary School and
passed them at the same day. Unfortunately I was only the one who received a memo.
However, I am now submitting the complete copies of all the documents needed in your office,
and I would like to apologize for all the inconveniences that my action have caused , rest assured that
