1) The applicant Ritu Raj Sharma is seeking superdari of pipe fittings stocks that were stolen from his godown and then recovered by the police. 2) Some of the applicant's pipe fittings stocks were stolen from his godown in Pooth Kalan Village on April 9th between 12:30-2:00 am, and an FIR was promptly filed. 3) The police official Nitin Kumar Verma informed the applicant that the stolen pipe fittings stocks had been recovered. 4) The applicant undertakes to produce the pipe fittings stocks before the court as required for the investigation and seeks their release on superdari as the registered owner.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SUBMITED:

1. That the applicant is the registered owner of the pipe fittings stocks and
has his godown at Plot no. 69 Pooth Kalan Village.
2. That some of the stocks got stolen from the godown of the Applicant on
9th of April at 12:30-2:00 a.m. and promptly an FIR was filed for it the
same day.
3. That the concerned Police Official/IO Nitin Kumar Verma informed the
applicant about the recovery of his stolen pipe fittings stocks.
4. That the above mentioned pipe fittings stocks is no longer required for the
purpose of investigation.
5. That the applicant undertakes to produce the above mentioned article
before this Hon’ble Court or IO of the case as and when required to do so.

It is therefore prayed, that the above mentioned pipe fittings stocks may be
kindly released on Superdari to the applicant being the registered owner, in the
interest of justice.
