As we know, the environment plays a very important role in our life. We can’t live
without the environment. However, the environment is being destroyed day by day.
Therefore, we need to protect it by the following way. First of all, we should reduce
household trash by recycling something such as glass bottles, glass jars, plastic bottles,
old papers and newspapers, … Besides, we had better reuse what is possible. We
should also use fewer plastic bottles and bags because they are very harmful to the
environment and difficult to decompose. Second, we have to throw rubbish into the
proper place instead of the streets or parks. If we don’t throw waste properly, there
will be trash everywhere and the ecosystem will polluted seriously. Moreover,
nowadays, rubbish is increasing and it is everywhere, so we should pick up trash
everywhere that has trash so as to minimize the amount of trash in the environment. In
addition, we had better use public transport instead of private cars or motorbikes.
Third, trees are essential for the environment. Therefore, growing trees is very
important. We should plant as many trees as possible, simultaneously we mustn’t cut
down trees too much, burn and destroy forests. Last but not least, we participate in
