International students are required to pay a $500 CAD tuition deposit upon
acceptance of admission. There are two ways you can pay: By Credit Card INTERNATIONAL STUDENT SERVICES:

2. PREPARE IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS international.studentservices@uregina.ca

Apply for your Canadian study permit as early as possible. Visit the
Government of Canada website to submit the application. When travelling CONNECT WITH US!
to Canada you will need your valid passport, visa, and Letter of Introduction.
Your study permit will be issued upon your arrival.

Contact your faculty advisor to obtain your course outline and plan for
academic success. Your advisor can help you choose your classes or you can

5. ARRIVAL AND ORIENTATION


Communicate your travel plan to the International Student Services team so
you will have a smooth arrival. Visit our office in College West 109 and our
team will be able to assist you during your transition to life in Canada. Make
sure you register for and attend our orientation event to learn how to navigate
the university, meet new friends from all over the world, and have fun!
