VACATION POLICY

OBJECTIVE: To establish vacation periods and mandatory rest days, in accordance with the
provisions of the labor contract law, in its Art. 150 "The worker shall enjoy a minimum and
continuous period of paid annual rest".

SCOPE: This procedure is applicable to all company employees.

PARTICIPANTS: All personnel

POLITICS:

1. The company shall grant the corresponding vacation days according to the
seniority of the employees, as established in Art. 150 of the labor contract law.

a) Fourteen (14) calendar days when the seniority in the employment does not exceed
five (5 ) years.

b) Twenty-one (21) calendar days when the seniority is greater than five (5) years and
does not exceed ten (10).

c) Twenty-eight (28) calendar days when the seniority, being more than ten (10) years,
does not exceed twenty (20) years.

d) Thirty-five (35) calendar days when the seniority exceeds twenty (20) years. Years.

2. In the event of the separation of an employee who has taken early vacation, the
corresponding proportional value will be deducted from the employee's paycheck.

3. No economic compensation will be paid for vacations not taken in accordance with
the labor contract law.

4. Vacation periods may not be accumulated.
5. Dates cannot be changed once authorized by human resources.
6. The only persons authorized not to define a date, but a week in case of winter
vacations, are those who have children in school.

PROCEDURE.

EMPLOYEE:
1. Coordinate and plan with the immediate supervisor the vacation days to be taken.
2. To request the dates of your vacations to your immediate supervisor by e-mail.
3. Sign the corresponding form. (Annex 1) before the beginning of the requested
period.

MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
1. When the request is received, they will analyze the employee's proposal for taking
his/her vacation, taking into account the daily operations.
2. He will send to his superior the request made by the employees after having
analyzed and authorized it.

HEADQUARTERS
1. You will receive orders from your middle management.
2. Analyze, authorize and send to human resources the detail of employees and
vacation leave dates.
3. When submitted, it must contain a complete listing of each person with vacation
award dates.
4. The formal order must be placed before October 20 of each year. If the
corresponding order has not been placed, the company may freely dispose of the
dates.

HUMAN RESOURCES
1 He/she will receive from each area manager the details of the vacation request and
the approval of each of their managers.
2 The person in charge of human resources must authorize the request made by the
management.
3 Generate the corresponding authorization form, for each employee to sign in
conformity (annex 1).
4 It will be in charge of generating the corresponding credit entries.
