Corporate Social Responsibility Philosophy
Uflex’s philosophy has been to attain operational excellence and being socio-environmentally
responsive at the same time. UFlex has been giving impetus to CSR activities much prior to it becoming
mandatory w.e.f. April, 2014 through the enactment of law by the Central Government.
UFlex around five years ago had realized that the businesses in the long term cannot grow without
sustainable growth of the society. The basic rational is that every citizen of the country either individual or

Trade Relation between US and China can affect Uflex growth plans - This can lead to full scale trade
war which can hamper the potential of Uflex to expand operations in China.

- Changing demographics - As the babyboomers are retiring and new generation finding hard to replace

It is found that the company recylcles 90% of the waste generated in the process of manufacturing.

Company continued to improve across all facets of energy management which include generation,
distribution and consumption.
The Human Resource Development continues to be focused on improving employee productivity,
reducing employee cost and building necessary skillsets whilst building employee motivation
through varied employee engagement initiatives. To augment technical strength in existing business
areas, various technical trainings covering existing business are being conducted on a regular
interval.
Uflex company has on boarded new customers who are global leaders. It is developing new
products for multiple business categories and has added products to cater to steel plants.
The change in price of raw materials and commodities puts an additional threat to the Uflex India‘s
growth as surge in commodity cost increases the cost of final product thereby affecting the
consumer demand.
Uflex is currently trading at 286. If you take the past pricing it was trading at 500 in dec 2017.,
hoping that it can reach 375 in 2 to 3 months provided the results are good.
Based on our forecasts, a long-term increase is expected, the "Uflex Ltd" stock price prognosis
for 2028-03-10 is 1152.445 INR.
