Practise making the sounds.
‘To make /n/ and /n/, the air comes out through your
nose. Your tongue is further back in your mouth when
you make /r. If you have problems making the sound
//, put your tongue in position to make the sound /k/
and try to say /n/.
In English, the sound // always comes in the middle or
at the end of a syllable or word, never at the beginning
