1st and 2nd year of ECE - Focus on programming and concepts in relation with
medicine and engineering (Get certificate from courses of swayam and
freecodecamp.org)
3rd and 4th year of ECE - Focus of biology stuff related to biomedical (Get certificate
from courses of edx)
Then you write GATE exam and get into iit and get MTECH BIOMEDICAL
