2. SHIPMENT:
- From any ports of HCM.C to JAKARTA, INDONESIA by vessel or by sea during the validity of this
contract by CIF - JAKARTA, INDONESIA ,INCOTERM 2020
- Partial shipment: Allowed.
3. DOCUMENTS:
- Full set of standard of shipping documents is sent to Party B before goods arrive.
4. PACKING:
- Commodites shall be packed and marked by the Party B's standard packing.
5. QUALITY and QUANTITY:
- Party A has to provide Party B the quality of goods reqired. Detalis of
quantities, unit prices, colors and measurement are as Party B's
order. Party B is responsibble for the using right of these trademarks.
- Quantity shipment: +/-5% allowed
6. PAYMENT:
- The Party B will pay by LC 100% of Commercial Invoice value by
US dollars to the account of Party A through:
* THE SHINHAN VIETNAM HCM.C BRANCH
* A/C No.: 700 003 019 264 (USD)
* A/C No.: 700 003 019 257 (VND)
- The payment will be performed by Party B after 180 days from the
date of receiving goods on board and another documents relating
to payment.
- Partial payment is allowed
- Bank charge payment charge to Seller.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- This contract comes into effect from signing date to 06 JAN. 2023
- Any amendment /addition to any term of this contract are valid by writing
and must be agreed by both parties.
- This contract is made in four English copies. Each party
keeps two copies - with the same validity.
