                                                        -Sky-Father-
Ancient Indo-Europeans witnessed spectacular, awe-inspiring events in the heavens – powerful storms, dazzling
meteor showers, and the ever-constant uncountable stars. It's no wonder they believed the sky to be the embodiment
of a strong deity, one who makes an appearance in almost every Indo-European pantheon (think Thor, Zeus, Dyaus
Pita, Perkunas). The "Sky-Father" scarf pays homage to these ideas of cosmic strength with the striking lightning bolt
cables. The zig-zag pattern moves across the body of the scarf, creating an eye-catching texture akin to lightning
dancing across the sky. The wearer will always carry the powers of the sky wherever they sport this gorgeous scarf.
This scarf is a perfect companion to the "Earth-Mother" scarf.

                                              FINISHING
Weave in any loose ends, and block to measurements. I recommend wet-blocking by soaking in
lukewarm water with wool wash, squeezing out excess water using a towel (do not ring, twist, or
scrub; just press and squeeze gently), and pinning into place on blocking mats. Allow the scarf to
dry completely before removing from the mats. Gift to a loved one, or enjoy it yourself!
