NOTE – It is extremely important for the Food Exhibitor to disclose no & type of food appliances along with total KW (kilowatt)
you will get within your stall for the organizer to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity. This information should be strictly
provided min 10 days in advance.
FLOOR PLAN
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Booking must be done by paying 50% in advance. Failure of making balance payment 15 days prior to the event gives organizer the
right to forfeit the advance payment.
• Products will be repeated. Monopoly of products is sole decision of the organizers.
• Water is a monopoly stall, exhibitors can’t sell water or give it in kind at the respective stall.
• Strictly Gas is not allowed.
• Extras- Per Table Per day – 150 Rs Extra, Per Plug Point Per day – 200 Rs Extra. No extra Tables, No Plug Points will be provided
on day of event, it must be informed prior to the event (at least 15 days before the event). Extension electricity box is not allowed.
• Overnight Electricity will be charged separately per stall – 1000 Rs.
• Cleanliness & maintaining hygiene within your stall is solely exhibitors responsibility.
• Exhibitors must give us list of appliances you are getting for the event 1 week in advance; no extra appliances will be allowed in
any scenario.
• Min footfall of 10k in 2 days (this is purely based on our experience in previous editions, hence the organizer should not be held
accountable for the same)
• We get the visitors at event; conversion of business is sole responsibility of the exhibitor.
• We have a general security overnight. Responsibility of products/equipment’s/money/ any valuable things is entirely of exhibitor;
organizers are not responsible of any theft/damage/loss of any things during the event.
• No Refund Policy in any scenario/Natural Calamities/God’s Act / Political Scenario.
• Exhibitors are not allowed to sublet or share your stall space without prior written consent of the organizer.
• Exhibitors can engage in promotional activities within their designated stall, but they must not interfere with other exhibitors or the
flow of visitors.
• Organizers reserve the right for any changes without prior notice.
• Exhibitors must comply with all local, state laws and regulations if any related to Quality, Hygiene ,Food handling, Safety & Health
standards. Organizers will not be held accountable for concerns if any.
• The organizer may modify or amend the terms and conditions at any time. Exhibitors will be notified for the same.
