1. Vista and Windows 7 users
By default Windows 7 and Vista do not allow write access to your VST Plugins
folder. This prevents SynthEdit VSTs from extracting embedded modules to disk and
thus from working properly. You can fix this by changing the folder's permissions:
- Use Windows Explorer to browse to your VST Plugins folder.
- Right-click the folder - 'Properties'
- Choose 'Security' tab.
- Click 'EDIT' (You may need to click a UAC prompt).
- Select username "Users".
- Tick options Allow 'Write' and 'Modify'.
- To finish Select 'OK' to close the two dialog boxes.

2. Should the plugin be loaded just once, a folder \AREX 2011 will be created next
to the plugin AREX 2011.dll file. Besides the plugin modules which are of no use
for you, inside you'll find the Info file, zipped MIDI patterns, swing templates
along with a dedicated FXB bank file and MIDI keys default assignment PNG file
