Said organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and
scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to
‘organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under $01(c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Code, or corresponding section of uny future federal tax code
No substantial part of the activities of this corporation shall consist of carrying on
propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shalt
ot participate or intervene in any political campaign (including the publishing or
distribution of statements) on behalf of any candidate for public office3790568
Article VI:
Upon dissolution or winding up of the Corporation, its asets remaining after payment. or
provision for payment, of all debts and liabilities of this corporation shall be distributed
fo a nonprofit fund, foundation or corporation which is organized and operated
exclusively for charitable purposes and which has established its tax exempt status under
Imeemal Revenue Code section S01(e)(3). Any such assets not disposed of shall be
disposed of by @ Coun of Competent Jurisdiction of the County in whieh the principal
office of the Corporation is then focated, exclusively for such purposes or to such
organizations, as. said Court shall determine, which are organized and operated
exclusively for such purposes.

The property of this corporation is irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes and no
part of the net income or assets of this corporation shall ever inure 10 the benefit of any
director, officer or member thereof or tothe benefit of any private person.
No pan of the net camings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be
distributable to its members, trustees, officers or other private persons, except that the
omporation shalt be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for
setvices rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of section
50i(€)(3) purposes. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles. the
comoration shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a
corporation exempt from Federal income tax under section SO1(c)(3) of the Internal
