Best Example of what digital connectivity can do is the first gulf war where American forces wiped out
Iraqi Cavalry in 100 hours. This was due to superior location information of enemy, integrated
Targetting and interconnectivity between tanks and other assets like Tank hunters (Apache AH64),
Armoured Personal Carriers (APCs) – what is referred to as “Network Centric Warfare”.

Size of the Situational Awareness Opportunity
• Indian Army has confirmed that this project is an alternative to the earlier foreclosed
Battlefield Management System (BMS).
• Original BMS project had an estimated project outlay of Rs 50,000 Cr in 2015 to equip
800 combat units.
• Scope of this challenge is to equip around 120 units (Armoured regiments and
Mechanised Infantry battalions).
• Each unit will need on an average around 50 SA nodes. So that makes a total of around
6000 SA nodes (estimated Rs 5000 Cr revenue potential).
• If successful then this project will be extended to include all the 800 combat units
identified for the BMS project.
• Our engagement through IDEX has a confirmed MOQ (minimum Order Quantity) of 250
units
• Each unit is priced at 1.3 Cr (Un-negotiated price) – Interested investor can reach out to
