The College of Lore bard gains inspiration dice to grant allies, expertise in skills, and additional magical secrets. The College of Valor bard gains martial weapon and armor proficiency, extra attack, and the ability to enhance attacks and AC with inspiration dice. Both archetypes regain all inspiration dice on a short or long rest and gain additional abilities at higher levels like countercharm, magical secrets, and superior inspiration.
