Show the e-ticket received via email or on the “My Order” page in the tiket.com application to the officer in the field
to scan the QR Code. Adjust the brightness level of the phone screen before showing the QR Code.
You have to show your valid identity card. For customers under 17 years old, you can use a student card if you don't
have an identity card.
If the ticket redemption process will be represented, it is mandatory to bring a power of attorney on behalf of the
buyer (the name has to be the same as the one written on the e-ticket) as well as ID card photocopies of the giver and
the recipient of the power of attorney.
Customers are required to wear masks, bring personal hand sanitizers, and comply with all health protocols during the
event.
Important Info
For seated ticket categories, seats are in Numbered Seating format with the seats assigned by tiket.com's system at
the best availability.
The seat number is determined by the system so that it may be possible for the same order ID to be seated separately.
Following the regulations stated in the Covid-19 Task Force's Circular Letter 20/2022 (Surat Edaran (SE) Satuan Tugas
Penanganan Covid-19 20/2022), all audiences are required to be fully vaccinated. Specifically for audiences
aged 18 and above, you must have already received your Booster Vaccine.
All audiences are required to bring their printed Vaccine Certificate (to avoid any network disruptions where the Peduli
Lindungi app cannot be accessed).
The promoter and tiket.com reserve the right to deny your ticket redemption and cancel your ticket order if any data
discrepancies are found.

By purchasing a ticket, the customer is considered to have read, understood, and agreed with all the Terms &
Conditions of the event.
We only recognize transactions that carried out through the tiket.com’s website and/or application. We are not
responsible for transactions that occur outside tiket.com’s website and/or application.
In this event, tiket.com solely act as ticketing agent, hence any matters arising from, including but not limited to the
usage of these ticket will be the responsibility of ticket buyer and event promoter.
Prices include tax.
Tickets that have been purchased are non-refundable.
Tickets that have been purchased cannot be rescheduled
Customers are required to fill in personal data when ordering.
Ticket sales can be stopped or started at any time by tiket.com following the policies of the promoter or tiket.com.
Customers are required to wear masks during the event.
Customers are required to maintain the applicable health protocols.
There is no age limit for the event entry. However, all audiences must comply with the vaccination policy. We
recommend that underage audiences be accompanied by an adult.
E-ticket
E-tickets are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions for MCP MEMBER PRESALE
1 (one) Unique Code is valid for 1 (one) account. 1 account can buy Day 1 and Day 2 tickets (maximum 1
tickets each) using the same unique code. You can buy Day 1 and Day 2 tickets on different transactions. Please
note that the number of tickets cannot be combined.
Once the unique code is used to purchase Day 1 ticket, it cannot be used to purchase Day 1 ticket again. However, it
can still be used to buy Day 2 ticket. This condition also applies in vice versa.
You are not required to purchase the same ticket category on both show days. Example:.
Day 1: 1 Pink category ticket
Day 2: 1 Blue category ticket (does not have to be the same as Day 1 ticket category)
All unique codes are valid starting from October 5 2022: Day 1 (02:00 PM) & Day 2 (05:00 PM) (while
quota lasts) and will automatically expire after the presale period ends.
