  A preposition is a word that describes WHERE someone or something is.

 Common prepositions can be words like over, under, between, after, during,
behind, on, off, etc.
 There are naturally standard expressions being used, but this will only deal with
these prepositions in general.

We use AT for a POINT and
We use AT for a PRECISE TIME
