It includes fields to capture the date of failure, train details, primary depot, location of the control arm, details of the bolts, washers and tightening torques at each bolt location, condition of any dampers, reason for failure, and any other relevant remarks. Locations of control arms and bolts are defined in Figures A, B and C attached.

Note: 1) Damper may be working, locked, leaky, free moving etc.
2) Each control arm has 4 nos. of control arm bolts therefore, values of tightening torques, type of washer and make & class of
boltshould be indicated for all locations on control arm. Locations of control arms are shown in Figure ‘A’ & ‘B’ and locations of
bolts are shown in Figure ‘C’.
3) Washer may be a self-locking or disc lock washer etc.
