Although Dave’s Gourmet began at my former res-

taurant, Burrito Madness, with super hot Insanity
Sauce, we have developed into a diversified specialty
food company. We produce items in our Insanity,
DG, and Palette Fine Food brands that range from
Organic Heirloom Tomato Pasta Sauce, Mango
Margarita Mix, Insanity Popcorn, Golden Raspberry
Jam to Ultimate Insanity Sauce. We are best known
for hot sauces that range from mild to insanely
hot. What differentiates Dave’s Gourmet from
