Venture Gulf Engineering W.L.L. (VGE), a subsidiary of Al

Nasr Holding Company W.L.L., focuses its resources and

of VGE, spreading over an area of 150,000 sqm, houses API
accredited OCTG machine shop, EN12079 fabrication shop,

Test and Assembly

Other Products And Services

Our Test & Assembly department is housed
in one of the most modern high tech facilities
in the region. The purpose-built facility has
been designed to provide make up and testing
services for downhole completion equipment,
which can be made up and tested in a
highly efficient and safe manner. The Facility
includes Computerised Torque Machines with
capacity up to 22” and test bay complete with
full camera and computer recording facilities.
Additionally, it houses a large underground
pit for performing underwater Gas testing of
Christmas Tree and Wellhead Equipments. We manufacture various types of special
connection items such as high pressure hammer
Stabilizer Brazing and Grinding unions, wireline tools, Fishing tools, nipples,
adaptors, crossovers and casing hangers. Our
Test & Assembly section also performs servicing,
repair and testing activities on all Valve /
Wellhead / Christmas Tree equipment.

Yard & Logistics are one of the divisions owned by Venture Gulf Engineering who offer total
logistic solution and operates Fleet and Transport, with highly trained Operators and
fleet drivers in proper safety and handling modern equipment.

As of end 2017, our fleet strength was over 180 commercial vehicles and over 82
material handling equipment. As a part of our high HSE standards all our equipment
operators and fleet drivers are subject to mandatory medical examination and defensive
driving training. The material management teams are given computerized ERP
solution trainings.

VENTURE GULF METAL RECYCLING

As part of a Resources Recovery Program, The Metal Recycling Division was set up in the year
1981 and the division installed the first auto shredding plant in the whole of Middle East, with
an annual production capacity of 70,000 MT. The Plant shreds automobile bodies and the end
product is sold to the Steel Mills. Since its inception in the year 1981, Al Nasr Group has been the
single source of Shredded Steel Scrap to the local steel company, Qatar Steel Company Limited.
