Jerick Cloyd R. Tactay submitted an individual daily log and accomplishment report for October 3-5, 2023. On October 4th, he physically reported for the Division Teachers' Month celebration, attended mass and the event, and continued communicating with learners. On October 5th, which was World Teachers' Day, he again worked from home, monitored learners, posted reminders, and completed evaluation and accomplishment reports. The report was approved by the school principal.
