IN THE COURT OF HONOURABLE JUDICIAL FIRST CLASS MAGISTRATE AT NALGONDA. Honoured Sir, The brief fact of the case are that, on
21.10.2023 at 20.00 hours, N.Anthi Reddy, SIP, Kanagal PS along with PCs,1263 V.Swami, 3385 A.Saidulu were performing patrolling duty in order to prevent
cognizable offence in connection with forth coming Assembly Elections-2023, meanwhile they are received a credible information about illegal sale IMF liquor at
Padmavathi kiranam shop, G.Yedavelly village, in huge quantity, on that they are rushed to said Kiranam shop and raided in Padmavathi Kiranam shop and found
(24) King Fisher premium Beer bottles 650 ml, (19) officer choice liquor bottles 90 ml, total worth 17.31 Liters, On which, SIP Kanagal has summoned two
mediators and recorded accused confessional statement, in his confession the accused Gaddam Edukondalu S/o Kanakaiah, age: 38 yrs, caste: Rajaka, Occu:
Padmavathi Kiranam shop business, R/o G.Yedavelly village, Kanagal Mandal confessed that, he got liquor bottles from thereby wines shops and selling the same
to needy persons on huge rates for his wrongful gain & Moreover, election code is on force. Thereafter seized Beer & liquor bottles under cover of Panchanama
and taken one sample from each variety to RFSL for analysis & report, So brought the accused along with case property to PS Kanagal at 21.30 hours and
registered a case in Cr.No.152/2023 U/s 34-A TS Excise Act.
